Training magazine’s Innovations in Training is co-located with the World Conference on Online Learning. Additional fee applies, and includes two lunches, coffee/tea breaks, a dinner and reception, a reception, and most transportation.
We will visit organizations in Dublin that are leading the way for innovative approaches to designing, developing and delivering workplace training – both today and in the future – including IBM Research, the RCSI (Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland), Mastercard, and Ernst & Young. Plus, an participate in an Immersive Lab featuring VRAI, Scrimmage, EmpowerTheUser, Mastercard, and more.
We will hear concrete examples of how leading innovators are changing their strategy and approaches to training innovation – including from Ernst & Young’s global chief learning officer, and practitioners from Learnovate, Skillnet Ireland, and Dublin City University.
We will begin by exploring how to foster a mindset to innovate, and continue to weave creative reflections throughout the experience. Then, after engaging with and hearing from a broad diversity of innovative examples, we will help you answer the question: So what? Through facilitated creative processes and design thinking, we will help you make connections, generate new ideas, and apply these insights to your organization. Innovation Jam facilitators will join us from the UCD Innovation Academy, Learnovate, and Training magazine.
