We will hear concrete examples of how leading innovators are changing their strategy and approaches to training innovation – including from Ernst & Young’s global chief learning officer, University College Dublin’s Innovation Lab, Learnovate, and Skillnet.

CREATIVE DEBRIEFS

We will begin by exploring how to foster a mindset to innovate, and continue to weave creative reflections throughout the experience. Then, after engaging with and hearing from a broad diversity of innovative examples, we will help you answer the question: So what? Through facilitated creative processes and design thinking, we will help you make connections, generate new ideas, and apply these insights to your organization. Facilitators will join us from University College Dublin’s Innovation Lab, and Training magazine.
